Weather Situation
Severe fire conditions are forecast for the South East Coast and Darling Downs and Granite Belt districts today. Fresh and gusty southwesterly winds are expected to bring a warm and dry airmass to the southeast of Queensland, with fire dangers increasing during the morning and peaking at the time of maximum heating. Fire conditions are expected to ease during this evening and overnight tonight as the winds ease.

The Rural Fire Service Queensland advises you to:
- Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now.

- Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.
